My firewall is blocking access to QuickBooks Hosted by Reckon Online. How do I configure my firewall to allow access to QuickBooks Hosted?


Solution:

Default settings of most generic firewalls will not require any adjustments to allow access to QuickBooks Online. More complex computer networks and advanced firewall applications that allow users considerable configuration options may require exceptions be made to access QuickBooks Online.

Every computer network and firewall application is different and will require different configuration changes, so Reckon is unable to assist users to make the necessary changes for their systems.



Users should consult their Network Administrator or IT professional and provide the following IP addresses to the QuickBooks Online Servers:



Australia

Premium Account: 211.26.159.83 and 211.26.159.82



New Zealand
